Instead, our facilities act as a thriving marketplace for services and products provided by our customers. By locating your equipment at the AXS Datacenters facility, you become a part of a thriving ecosystem of network service providers, professional service companies, and various specialist suppliers which can cater to every need.
There are, however, several services we are ideally positioned to provide as a facility operator from which all our customers can benefit.
Remote Hands
For emergency maintenance and on-going supervision of the facilities, we keep personnel on-site at all times. This allows us to offer a remote hands service. Our remote hands personnel can save you an unnecessary trip to the datacenter for a variety of small tasks – equipment reboots, patches, accepting deliveries, etc.
Turn-key Projects
Our familiarity with the marketplace and the service offerings of our customers allows AXS Datacenters to take charge and guide customers through complex projects such as relocation of an existing datacenter, commissioning of complex dedicated cages and rooms, and many other projects which require a combination of technical know-how, impeccable organization, and the experience of running non-stop infrastructure.
